Ms. Johnetta Taylor

I am a AP History teacher with 19 years of experience in DISD. I am passionate about American History and strive to educate students in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. As a teacher, it is important to foster critical thinking, promote creativity, and cultivate a love for learning that will extend beyond the classroom. My goal is to provide students with the skills they need to succeed academically, and to help them develop the confidence to pursue their passions and achieve their goals. In my free time  I enjoy gaming and hanging out with my husband, dog, and two cats.
