Mr. Alvino Gonzalez

Alvino Agustin Gonzalez Rodriguez was born & raised in Dallas, Texas. He was raised in an immigrant, working-class household. His parents migrated from northern Guanajuato, Mexico in search of a better life and provided him and his three younger brothers with educational opportunities that they would never have received otherwise.

Mr. Gonzalez is a product of Dallas ISD; he attended Foster Elementary, Walnut Hill Elementary, H.W. Longfellow Academy, & the JBS Law Magnet. He then attended the University of North Texas and graduated in 2022 with a major in history with teacher certification and minors in political science, real estate, & Spanish.

Mr. Gonzalez began his teaching career at the School of Business & Management in the 2022-2023 school year, teaching Honors World Geography. He is now teaching AP Human Geography to the incoming freshman.
