Mr. Carlos Molina

Carlos Molina is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from The Inter American University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Education. Carlos brought ten years of bilingual teaching experience when he joined the Dallas Independent School District back in 2007.  Since then, he has served as an educator and Campus Instructional Coach.  

He holds a school counseling master's degree from  Amberton University. This is Carlos' third year with School of Business Management. Last year he was honored as Rookie of the year within the counseling department.

He enjoys working with our youth, their parents and faculty members. In his spare time Carlos is a sports fanatic and stays active with the youth in his community.

Mrs. LaShaunda Hobbs

LaShaunda Hobbs is a Dallas ISD product.  She attended Dallas schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade and is a graduate of Justin Ford Kimball High School.  Her postgraduate studies include The University of North Texas in Denton and Prairie View A&M University. 

Upon graduation from the University of North Texas, she was accepted into the Dallas ISD Alternative Certification Program, Phase XIX.  With the exception of her first teaching assignment, her teaching and counseling career has been under Dallas ISD’s magnet umbrella.

LaShaunda holds a Bachelors Degree and two Masters Degrees.  She is currently working on her PhD and pursuing to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.

In her time away from the aforementioned, she enjoys time with her family, retail therapy, outdoor living and traveling.
